Bespoke 3D printing service
Recent technological advances in the 3D printing technology has now been greatly rivalling the traditional tooling-based manufacturing process which is very expensive, non-flexible, time consuming and still used by many other manufacturers. On the other hand, our in-house state of the art 3D printers give us an immense flexibility for rapid prototyping and manufacturing any shape, size and highly complex mechanical parts at really high definition, precision as well as the ability to manufacture them at high volumes in a short time.
Our 3D printers enable us to have an agile product development and manufacturing ability. We can quickly design and make completely new parts from scratch for testing in our new inventions as well as for customer specific projects.
In addition to this, we have developed a proprietary resin mixture that our 3D printed parts are much stronger than conventionally made 3D printed parts and almost 5 times stronger than the standard ABS plastic which is commonly used in most products.
We also carry out vigorous quality checks on our 3D printed parts for their durability, chemical and heat resistance as well as mechanical force strength and only the part designs that are the strongest and most durable are used in our products.
In-house 3D printing
With our in-house developed proprietary resin formula we can 3D print very strong and durable parts for our devices as well as for specific customer projects.
In order to ensure the parts we develop are amongst the most durable in the market; We always push the limits of our manufactured parts by vigorously testing them for multiple parameters such as: Mechanical stress, Chemical resistance, Heat resistance, Drop resistance.
This part below is tested for mechanical stress and the pipe connectors are found to be resistant for up to 20kg of push pressure which is virtually impossible to reach by average human by squeezing them in their hand or dropping it from the heights of 4th floor building onto a hard surface.
Customer specific 3D printing
We have a wide range of specially developed and thoroughly tested proprietary 3D printing resin formulas, which allows us to print any specific replacement parts or new parts for the customers as per their need and for a wide range of applications.
This process will require customer to describe what they want and any specific functionality of the parts then, we will design and produce the parts. Note: we do not sell our resins, we only provide customer specific 3D printing service.
The specifications of our manufactured 3D parts are: Water, Chemical, Heat resistant, Rigid or flexible, as well as impact resistant.
